The mausoleum Gumbazi-Seyidan together with the mosque with a blue dome the Cook Gumbaz and Shamsiddin Kulyal's mausoleum is included into Dorut-Tillavat ensemble. The tomb (makbarat) was constructed in 1438 at the southern wall of the mausoleum of Shamsiddin Kulyal by order of Mirzo Ulugbek. On gravestones of the mausoleum names of relatives and descendants of the Termez seyid therefore the mausoleum and received the present name are engraved.

The texts on marble gravestones, which are dated back to the 15-17th centuries, were transferred from the neighboring cemetery here. The small single-chamber building is harmonious and graceful; it is decorated by the ornamental manual painting executed by bright blue paint on purely - the white field. The building is almost square, it is built in the style characteristic of Ulugbek's time.
