Description
The large collection of works of the fine arts of Uzbekistan since the beginning of the 20th century up to now and also a unique collection of numismatics of Central Asia are presented in the Gallery of the fine arts which opened the doors on the eve of a holiday of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2004.

The modern equipment which equipped Gallery provides observance of the most strict temperature, moist and security conditions necessary for demonstration and storage of exhibits. The lecture and cinema hall, library, studio of master classes, workshops — all this undoubtedly does new exhibition complex by the art criticism center of the international level. Besides the exposition exhibition area of 3,500 sq.m including 15 halls, the Gallery has the conference room equipped with the necessary technical equipment, for holding exhibitions, presentations, seminars, business meetings, demonstration of movies and other actions.
